Meeting in film school, Eva and Christian can appreciate the small things within the big picture matter. Cute pens to forever remind them of making their union legally binding. Eva's mom brought them a sweet mini music box, so they can play it to remind them of the day with sound.

They are having their family and friends celebration on Saturday, but their little Elopement is a reminder of how to make your wedding day both personalized and lasting with your senses:

VISUAL - special pens, an engraved cake knife, bubbles
AUDITORY- chimes, bells, a moment of silence, a mantra for the day
OLFACTORY- custom made perfumes, specific flowers, burning wood
TACTILE- pressing your thumbs into clay, the ribbon on your vow book
GUSTFACTORY - a special dessert, tea, exchanging your childhood candy with each other.

Of all City of Toronto Wedding Chapels, York Civic Centre is definitely the nicest and cleanest. If you have a group of 20-35 people, it's a good space for a 30 minute ceremony at the price of $136.85 (including HST), and you can hire any Wedding Officiant you want. However, if you have a much smaller guest count, you can save money by using your backyard, a condo party room, or even the picnic table in the park!
