Therapy with a particular focus on men' issues and emotional problems is the main focus for Healing Solutions. Janel Ball, MA, RCC has trained in several different approaches and specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma resolution work as well as all other types of problems people come to counselling for. These problems include depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship troubles, addictions, and childhood abuse.
