We specialize in providing innovative, practical solutions to enhance the delivery and quality of healthcare for populations across Canada. Our services fall into four primary areas:

Iridia Medical has influenced healthcare delivery and provided emergency preparedness guidance for public and private sector organizations across North America. Our clients include health authorities, public healthcare facilities, EMS providers, private surgery and diagnostic imaging facilities, and police and fire departments. Paramedic Services
Iridia Medical is one of western Canada's top paramedic service providers. Our comprehensive programs have created a new industry standard for care in remote and/or high-risk work sites and encompass everything from the paramedic teams and equipment to telemedicine-supported medical direction. AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Programs
As the founder of BC's first public access automated external defibrillator (AED) program, Iridia Medical is passionate about promoting easy access to life-saving tools. We distribute top-of-the-line AEDs and provide training, support, and medical direction services to ensure that every client receives full value from their unit. Medical Education and Training
We have overseen the training and certification of over four thousand lay rescuers in the use of AEDs, and over three thousand medical professionals via our advanced training programs, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

🚒 We’re heading to the BC Fire Expo by Fire Chiefs' Association of BC in Victoria, June 7–8!

For more than 28 years, we’ve worked alongside fire departments across BC, providing medical direction and emergency response equipment. Today, that work also includes longevity and occupational health programs focused on long-term wellbeing, including sleep and cancer awareness, to help support crews throughout their careers.

We’re proud to support fire departments across BC and are always looking to connect with more teams.

We spent some time at the CPHR BC & Yukon recently and really enjoyed connecting with everyone.

Our booth combined some friendly competition from the grip strength challenges with practical conversations about what employee health looks like and how to support them in a way that lasts - through better sleep, exercise, nutrition, and mental health.

We discussed how to...
- make return-to-work transitions smoother and less stressful
- build mental toughness with the MTQPlus
- help teams build consistent, realistic longevity habits through our Mental Fitness Program

"Wrapping up Mental Health Week with a look at what you shared 💚

Last week, we asked what connection means to you, and now we captured your responses in a word cloud to bring them to life visually. Teamwork and Trust were the most repeated, although the others are also just as vital for building connection within the workplace.

And that is exactly why we lauched the Mental Fitness Program (MFP). One of its six pillars, Community, focuses on encouraging participants to embrace vulnerability and foster genuine connections with both themselves and others.

The program is designed to create space for reflection, strengthen connection over time, and support more meaningful relationships at work.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at the Fort St. John Trade Show!

We had an absolute blast meeting you all, and seeing some impressive reflexes from those who tried out our Drop Sticks reaction time challenge. We’re pretty sure about 90% of the tradeshow's attendees couldn’t resist trying!

The challenge was a fun, interactive way to show cognitive speed and brain plasticity, reinforcing the value of our preventative health programs.
