The truth: glasses support your vision, reading in the dark causes eye strain (not damage), colour deficiency isn’t black & white, carrots aren’t the only eye-friendly food, and LASTLY, crossing your eyes won’t make them stick.

Our newest BLOG is live! We’re talking about what your eyes might be trying to TELL YOU when you see floaters or flashes of light. 👀☀️

FLOATERS: These are the strange shapes drifting across your vision on bright days. Floaters appear as small dots, squiggly lines, or cobweb-like shapes caused by changes in composition of the vitreous humor.

FLASHES: Seeing quick flashes of light in your vision? Flashes, flickering bulbs, streaks, or even heat waves happen as the gel inside your eye naturally shrinks and gently pulls on the retina. They can also be linked to migraines with visual effects.

Get Checked ASAP 🚨 if you notice:
1. Sudden increase in floaters
2. Floaters blocking vision
3. Curtain/veil blocking your vision
4. New flashes of light
