💖 Dr. Heather is certified in the Webster Technique, supporting clients throughout pregnancy, as well as the PIPS technique, which addresses tongue and lip ties — allowing her to care for even the youngest members of your family.

💖 We have a baby wellness station for you to check in on your baby’s progress when you come to visit us

💖 There’s no such thing as “making a mess” around here - we encourage you to feel comfortable and at ease in our space

We know starting care with a new practitioner can feel a little overwhelming, so here’s exactly what to expect when you begin chiropractic care with us:

1 ✨ You call or email us to schedule an appointment - we send you the paperwork we need you to fill in to get started

2 ✨ We warmly welcome you to our practice

3 ✨ You come in for an initial visit and consultation with one of our chiropractors: Dr. Heather or Dr. Jess

4 ✨ You return for a second appointment, your report of findings, which outlines your customized care plan.

What’s new this Spring! ✨️🌷

We have some exciting growth to announce at County Wellness Center! 

🫶We have 2 new incredible Chiropractic Assistants on our team: Dawn and Kerry. We’re thrilled to have their dedicated support in nourishing our practice and our clients. They’re the friendly faces you’ll see when you come in! The best part is that they’re beautiful additions to our team… none of our beloved team members are going anywhere! 

✨️Trudy, our incredible Reiki and Breathwork practitioner (who you’ve likely met at the front desk before!), will be stepping back from the desk to fully dedicate her time to her Reiki and Breathwork clients while also continuing to advance her yoga teaching here in PEC. We are very excited to support her growth and expansion within County Wellness Center as well! 

✨️& Kelsey, who was our other CA, is also stepping away from the desk to fully dedicate herself to Fascia Stretch Therapy (one of our newest services!) Kelsey recently became certified in FST, and we are excited to continue seeing Kelsey grow within her new FST role!

Gardening season is here! 🪏🍅🌱

Did you know that there are certain techniques, tools and simple modifications that can allow you to enjoy your gardening season without the ache? 

Our own Dr. Heather is an avid gardener herself and swears by simple modifications like:  

🌱 Taking the time to warm up the body before starting to work 
🌱 Using long-handled tools and raised garden beds 
🌱 Squatting rather than bending when working low to the ground
