If you're feeling frustrated because your results aren't where you thought they'd be by now, this is for you. 💙

One of the most common things I hear from post-op clients is:

*"Did I make the right decision?"*
*"Why am I still swollen?"*
*"Why don't I look like the final result yet?"*

The truth is, healing isn't linear. Your body has been through a lot, and recovery takes time. Swelling, emotional ups and downs, and moments of doubt are all part of the process for many people.

Trust the healing process. Stay consistent with your post-op care. Give your body the time it needs to recover.

Your final results are still unfolding. ✨

Save this for the days when you need a reminder that healing takes time.

i used to say i wasn't into hustle culture either 😅

but if i'm being real, i also wasn't a fan of staying stuck.

i wasn't a fan of relying on someone else's schedule.
i wasn't a fan of capping my income.
i wasn't a fan of building someone else's business while my own dreams sat on the back burner.

for me, it was never about working 24/7.

it was about creating options.

that's why i started learning social media, building my personal brand, and figuring out how to get clients without depending on a clinic to feed them to me.

you don't have to hustle yourself into the ground.

but if you want more freedom, more clients, and more control over your career, eventually you've gotta make a move.

just my 2 cents 🤷🏽‍♀️🤍

Another training weekend done 💙

I’m really grateful for everyone who showed up this weekend. It’s always a good reminder that it’s not just about learning a skill, it’s the growth that happens alongside it too.

Shoutout to everyone who came through, the energy was everything. You lot really make it easy to love what I do.

if you’ve been thinking about joining a training, this is your sign to stop watching from the sidelines 👀

comment "training" and I’ll send you the details, or DM me if you need more info!

One thing I wish someone had told me when I started:

Momentum matters more than milestones.

A lot of us spend so much time chasing the next booking, the next goal, the next achievement that we forget what actually got us there in the first place.

Consistency.

Not the exciting kind.
The boring kind.

The kind where you keep posting when engagement is low.
You keep learning when results are slow.
You keep showing up when nobody is clapping for you yet.

As massage therapists, we're taught how to master our craft. But building a business requires a completely different skill set. Patience, resilience, confidence, and the ability to trust the process longer than feels comfortable.

If you're in a season where growth feels slow, don't mistake slow for stagnant.

Keep going. People are watching longer than you think, and trust takes time to build 🤍

Owning a massage business sounds cute until your biggest challenge becomes your own mind 😭

One minute you’re excited because clients are booking, your content is doing well, and things finally feel like they’re working…

Next minute you’re overthinking your prices, questioning your content, trying to keep up with DMs, clients, cancellations, marketing, and still trying to be present in real life.

A lot of people think being a successful therapist is just about being good at massage.
It’s not.

Especially in lymphatic and post op care, talent will only take you so far if nobody knows you exist.

You have to learn how to market yourself, build trust online, create a brand, set boundaries, and keep showing up consistently even when you don’t feel confident.

And honestly, becoming the version of yourself capable of handling all of that is harder than building the business itself.

One of the biggest misconceptions in post-op care is thinking that more pain = better results.

It doesn’t.

Lymphatic drainage is meant to support healing, reduce inflammation, and help move excess fluid gently through the body.

Bruising is not a sign that the massage is “working harder”

In many cases, it’s a sign that the body is being handled too aggressively during a very sensitive stage of recovery.

A lot of clients don’t realize this because they’ve been taught to associate pain with effectiveness.

But a knowledgeable therapist understands that post-op bodies require intention, technique, and the right amount of pressure, not force.

Please do your research before booking post-op care. Your healing process deserves to be protected, not rushed 🤍

Tag someone who needs to hear this before their next appointment.

One of the hardest parts about becoming a massage therapist is realizing that being good at massage is only half the battle.

Massage school teaches technique.
But nobody really teaches you how to build a business.

Nobody talks enough about how hard it is to find clients in the beginning, price your services confidently, market yourself online, retain clients, or position yourself as a premium provider instead of competing on price.

And honestly? That’s why so many talented therapists burn out early.

Not because they lack skill.
Because they lack guidance.

I remember feeling like I had all this training, but no real roadmap on how to actually make this career sustainable. That’s exactly why I created Hands-On Fully Booked.

The goal wasn’t just to teach massage therapists how to “make content” or “get more clients.”
It was to help them build a business that actually lasts.

If you’re a therapist who knows you’re talented but feels stuck on the business side… this is for you 🤍

Comment “booked” and I’ll send you the link.

To be honest… what you see online is not the full story.

“Post more. Show more. Be consistent.”

Cool. But behind the scenes? It’s me filming, deleting, overthinking, and convincing myself to just post it anyway 😭

This reel is meant to be funny, but it’s also very real:
“This is gonna do numbers”
“Why did I post that”
“Just keep posting”
“Never posting again”

And somehow… we still keep showing up.

Because building a business online isn’t about feeling ready, it’s about staying in the game long enough to grow into it.

So if you’re a massage therapist or service provider trying to build your brand… don’t wait for perfect.

Post the process. Even when it’s messy. Especially when it’s messy 🤍

One thing I had to learn as a business owner: policies are not “being mean"
they’re protecting the business you’re trying to build.

If you’re a massage therapist trying to grow, you cannot run your business off guilt, fear of upsetting people, or constantly overextending yourself.

A 24-hour cancellation policy exists because your time has value.
Your energy has value.
Your expertise has value.

Imagine blocking off your schedule, preparing for a client, showing up professionally… and then not getting paid for that time.

The therapists who grow sustainable businesses learn boundaries early. Stop shrinking your policies just to make people comfortable.

You can be kind, professional, AND still protect your business 🤍

05/25/2026

If I’m hard to reach, it’s because I had to learn how to protect my time.

When you’re building a real business, balancing clients, trainings, content, and a personal life… you realize everybody cannot have unlimited access to you.

My clients know they have access because they invested in the experience. But outside of that, I move with structure, boundaries, and intention.

To every therapist building their brand:
stop apologizing for protecting your peace, your energy, and your schedule.
That’s not being difficult, that’s called growth 🤍
