Another post about Post-Secondary Accessibility Services (PSAS)!

Our psychologists work in schools, where many students receive the documentation they need to access Accommodations in their post-secondary program and to apply for PSAS. We are aware of a few cases in which the updated documentation has not been accepted. If your student has questions about the required documentation or would like information on accessing funding for a psychoeducational assessment, we can help!

Our free Virtual Autism Education Sessions continue this summer for parents/caregivers of preschool-aged children with autism. Topics include understanding autism, behaviour, social communication, mealtimes, toileting, safety, sleep, school transition, community resources, and more.

We’ve also added a NEW! Summer Routines that Stick Question and Answer session to help families think through routines and schedule changes over the summer.

If your student has questions about the Accommodations available in their Post-Secondary Program or about applying for Post-Secondary Accessible Services, contact us for information! We can also provide information about accessing funding for an updated or new psychoeducational assessment if you think you may have a learning disability or specific learning disorder.
