Last night sound bath was filled with magic, curiosity and sharing. Everyone is a healer, every one is a client. I delivered messages and was blessed to have messages delivered back for me. My beautiful friend Charlene took photos of me for my account.
I am so grateful for the people who come into my life, my circle and my heart.

Summer is a season of sunshine, adventure, and making memories. ☀️

While it’s often thought of as a time for rest and relaxation, summer can also become filled with busy schedules, road trips, family gatherings, and endless to-do lists. In all the running here and there, we sometimes forget the most important person to care for… ourselves.

Self-care can look like:
✨ Taking a moment to breathe
✨ Sitting quietly with a cup of tea
✨ Going for a walk in nature
✨ Saying “no” when you need to
✨ Getting enough rest
✨ Nourishing your body
✨ Receiving a Reiki session
✨ Simply giving yourself permission to slow down

Sometimes self-care means allowing yourself to receive support. It means giving yourself permission to be nurtured, to release what no longer serves you, and to honour yourself.
