It truly takes a village to run Meraki, and I couldn’t do it without the incredible people who work behind the scenes every day.

So today, I’m excited to officially introduce our new Skin Spa Manager, Melissa! 💕

Many of you already know and love her, and if you don’t, you will soon. Melissa has been in the beauty industry since 2015 and is passionate about holistic services, client relaxation, and always finding new ways to elevate the client experience.

She’s also what she calls a “Jill of all trades” — someone who can do a little bit of everything and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Whether she’s supporting our team, helping our clients, or finding ways to make everyone’s day run a little smoother, she does it all with care and heart.

Melissa has been a huge support behind the scenes, and I am so excited to see her step into this leadership role.

Officially as a licensed nail tech babyyyyy 💅👏

As your boss, this one makes me extra proud. People see “just nails,” but they don’t always see the dedication behind it — the studying, training, exams, long days, practice, growth, and commitment it takes to earn that license.
