Thank you to Raquel Dancho for stopping by to celebrate the work of summer students at Donwood this summer. We had students gain experience and provide care in Therapeutic Recreation, Rehab, Maintenance, Dietary, Admin and Spiritual Care. It was an honor to see them grow in confidence and we will miss the energy they brought to the building.

This week the EPH tenants enjoyed a summer carnival. Different stations were set up for tenants to test their skills and have fun together.

Congratulations to our friends at River East Collegiate and the Growing Together group that partners with Donwood EPH. They received grants to purchase four raised garden beds which are set up in front of the school.

The money that they raised at their plant sales held at the school purchased two raised garden beds for Donwood Resource Center where families of the resource center will have the opportunity to learn about planting and grow produce for their families.

Growing Together hosted their annual plant sale. Some of the plants were also donated to the PCH for the residents to enjoy in their Veggie Garden program.

Plants are still available for purchase at the EPH front desk and PCH main office.
