Whether you’re experiencing pelvic floor weakness, discomfort, or other challenges after birth, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

The offer is available from 8 weeks up to 3 years postpartum - because postpartum recovery doesn’t have a deadline.

🍂 AUTUMN STROLLER WALK 🍂

Join us for a cosy autumn stroller walk together with little house 🤍

We’ll meet at Sluseholmen Metro Station and walk together through Teglholmen, ending at Little House Sydhavnen. Once we arrive, you’re welcome to come inside, warm up and enjoy a hot drink with the other parents.

Along the way, a midwife from Moderliv will be joining us - ready to answer all your questions about pregnancy, birth, babies, breastfeeding and life with a little one.
