As I sit on the train watching the landscape shift past my window, my heart is full of gratitude for this moment.
My journey leads first to Langeland Vital Festival to celebrate, gather, and share space with beautiful souls. From there, the road continues onward—Copenhagen is up next month for workshops and gatherings!

Back home in Herning, a new season is unfolding. We are starting up new classes soon, beginning with a "Come and Try" week next week. Welcome to all who love to work with inner stillness and balance, wishing to step in, try out a class, and share in this simple peace giving practice together.

Looking forward to all the peace-loving connections ahead—on the road, in Copenhagen, and in Herning! 🙏

Being far from home, finding a place that brings you right back to your roots is a special moment. Every time I stepped into the Siddhi Vinayaka Temple in Herning this weekend, it truly felt like I am in India.

Yesterday, the festival flag was hoisted for the annual 10-day festival—the most vibrant time of the year here! From sacred pujas and powerful mantra chants to traditional music and spiritual rituals, the energy is unbelievable.

What touched me deeply today was hearing the ancient mantras include prayer for local blessings: chanting specifically for Herning, Jutland, Denmark, all of Europe, and the entire world from north to south, asking for peace for everyone. 🌍🙏
Astrologically, these next 10 days are a deeply significant time for these rituals and ceremonies. If you are nearby and miss the Indian spiritual vibe, or simply want to experience the blessing, and devotional beautiful tradition, the temple doors are open.

A story from indian ever green tropical forest: From Hunter to Protector: A Reflection on Human Nature.
Sometimes life gives us choices, and sometimes survival makes them for us. Standing beside this forest guide, I couldn’t help but reflect deeply on how circumstances shape our path.

Growing up in severe poverty after losing his father at a young age, he had a family to feed and no safety net. Knowing the forest intimately, survival led him down a dark path—hunting elephants, tigers, and much more to satisfy the demands of wealthy buyers. For years, this was his only way to keep his loved ones fed.

But true evolution happens within the heart. In 2002, despite facing 25 legal cases, he chose a completely new path. He surrendered his old life and dedicated himself entirely to protecting the very wildlife he once hunted.

Today, at around 70 years old, he walks the forest borders every single day as a guardian of the wild. Rather than judging a person solely by their past, his life reminds us that with awareness and compassion, transformation is always possible. 💚heart

A quick stop at Delhi airport—so inspiring to see a dedicated yoga room here!
After days of pilgrimage in to forest walks & hiking, temple visits, and deep reflection, I'm returning with so much fresh energy and inspiration. Can’t wait to reconnect with you all soon!

Landed and settled! At Ängsbacka we had a beautiful first workshop for volunteers, and it was a wonderful beginning.
Over the coming days, I'll be offering four more workshops, each exploring a different inspiring subject. I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with everyone.
The No Mind Festival begins this Friday! If you're making a last-minute decision and feel called to join, you're most welcome. Looking forward to meeting many of you there!

🐾 Molly the marketing manager is on the way in Herning!

Some of the wonderful people who have experienced the benefits of yoga and meditation have been out and about around Herning placing flyers in differentplaces and in the mailbox. They want to share that same sense of balance with the community, and they had a very special assistant with them! Molly the dog joined the poster walk, keeping everyone smiling and making sure the neighborhood knows that International Yoga Day is just around the corner! 🐶❤️

A beautiful fullmoon evening with satsang yesterday with Michael from Ramana Ashram. It was held in Copenhagen and live in zoom.
We gathered in silence, inquiry, and heartfelt sharing. The teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi continue to point us back to the simple truth of who we are beyond thoughts, roles, and stories.
The evening concluded with a lovely dinner together, giving space not only for spiritual exploration but also for friendship and community.
Grateful to everyone who joined and helped create such a warm atmosphere.
We continue today monday with another satsang at 7:00 PM. Welcome.
