Meet Nourhan! 😊

Nourhan Abdallah holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from London Metropolitan University. With seven years of experience as a school counselor, she has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and their families, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

Throughout her career, Nourhan has helped young people and families navigate family transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and the unique challenges that arise across different stages of development. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Nourhan takes an integrative approach to therapy, believing that there is no single method that is effective for everyone. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all model, she tailors each therapeutic experience to meet the unique needs, strengths, and goals of every individual. Her work draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to adapt interventions that best support each client’s journey.

In therapy, Nourhan works collaboratively with clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, build psychological flexibility, and develop practical skills to cope with life’s challenges. She believes that meaningful change comes not only from reducing distress but also from living in alignment with one’s personal values. Together with her clients, she explores the kind of life they want to create, the person they aspire to become, and the actions that can help bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Her goal is to support clients in building resilience, strengthening emotional well-being, and fostering lasting, values-driven change that extends beyond the therapy room.
