We are pleased to announce That we will be extending our opening times During our busy Months .
We will open from 14th September from 8am to 2pm until December 4th 2026 .
For 2027 we will open 8am to 2pm from 11th January until 30th June.

OUTSIDE of those dates we will open 8am to 1pm.

All hours are subject to review and change

While it’s hot and sticky outside Easy Exercise has a fully Air Conditioned Centre .
We keep our centre nice and cool so you can enjoy Easy Exercise even in the heat of August .
Remember we still offer a free trial on all 4 of our circuits , just contact us to make an appointment and we take care of the rest

Easy Exercise has now expanded , we have more floor space and more equipment .
We now offer FOUR circuits to choose from , including a circuit especially for people with mobility issues, such as new knees and hips .
During our FREE TRIAL we will recommend the best circuit for you based on your circumstances .

We wanted to share some exciting News over the next few weeks, Easy Exercise will be expanding . We will be doing some work within our gym that will increase our floor space and make Easy Exercise more comfortable and spacious… keep an eye on our social media for regular updates .
In the meantime it’s business as usual and our FREE TRIALS on all three circuit’s are available Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm .
