The women who keep weight off don’t avoid pizza.
Because sustainable weight loss isn’t built by putting your life on hold.
Or avoiding social occasions, treats, meals out or the foods you enjoy.
It’s built by learning how to navigate them.
And being able to choose if and when you want to enjoy them.
It’s also about learning how to make smarter choices and sometimes accepting compromises.
Because successful weight loss isn’t about saying yes to everything.
But it’s also not about saying no to everything either.
Because let’s be honest...
It’s relatively easy to stick to a diet when your diary is empty, you never eat out and you’ve removed all your favourite foods.
The real challenge is learning how to make progress when life is busy.
When you a diary full of socials, a celebration, holiday or simply fancy a slice of pizza.
Not thinking you’ve blown it and turning it into “sod it” for the rest of the weekend.
Because it’s often not the pizza, wine, treat or meal out that’s the problem.
It’s what happens next.
To have a takeaway without deciding the whole week is ruined.
Instead of spiralling or letting it derail you...
You simply get back to your normal routine.
No guilt.
No punishment.
No starting over.
That’s the difference.
Not perfection.
Just consistency.
And that’s exactly what I help women learn to do.
