A few moments playing this beautiful handheld gong by at the retreat, following Craig’s powerful breathwork session 🫁💨🧘🏼‍♂️

Taking the group from breath, into vibration and allowing the gong to settle, ground and carry the energy of the session a little deeper 🌀

The sound was flowing beautifully…

I on the other hand, was absolutely ROASTING 😂🔥
