Route to the Gauntlet-check in 3 ✅
I've loved swapping my van for my 🚲 and cycling to work a few times a week, helping build my cardio (& decrease my stress levels!).
This month, it feels like the plan is coming together!
Next goal is to work on the sled push/pull.
Is anyone else training for the Gaunlet? I'd love to hear how you're prepping for the hurdles!!!!!
Ps. Tuesday is 🦫 night, hence the uniform!
