BT engineers have been notified of fault. Engineers will need to attend the site due to this being a hardware fault. We are waiting on a timeline for this visit. Next update will be published at 11:00am. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation.

Patient notification UPDATE:

BT engineers are currently working on the connector to reactivate network connection.

We will provide an hourly update until issue is fully resolved.
