To honour Pachamama, this ceremony is a gift to her, to show our love, our appreciation and gratitude.

Imagine the feeling of a small child giving you the smallest flower, a shell, a stone - something that they have found that is precious to them and means the world to them - it then means the world to you.

My dearest sister shared these words with me and they have repeated and flowed within me since she whispered them to me.

Despacho ceremonies are a powerful offering and also a moment to connect to our lands, our home, Mother Earth.

For those attending please bring a nature inspired gift from your home, a story from your heart or the energy you feel today.

The ceremony begins with a Sage Cleanse and meditation for the Medicine wheel and the moving into the West Node, the Autumn. You will have the choice to receive Ceremonial To***co and then we will all create our gift, with our items, with our words, with our hearts.
You will set your hearts intentions, manifest and give thanks.

Closing with a slowness and love ❤️

Was it all a dream??? Car Fest 2027

Thank you yo each and everyone who came to my talk in the Inspiration Hub, hosted my an ultimate JOY Donna Easton - Joyologist

I honestly was blown away by how open and intrigued everyone was to connect to their spirit animals.

What makes it even more special is that I had my family with me - my boys and husband supported me every step of the way and Bodhi Ocean got up on stage with me too.

I met incredible and beautiful people, caught up with old friends and had a lot of fun too.

Thank you Dame Prue Leith for chatting to Bodhi about cake and thank you to Rob Brydon for being forced to have a photo with me 🤣

Thank you CarFest for having me back again this year - it is an honour to support this event which raises amazing amounts of money for children’s charities.

I even got to join some sessions this year - massive thank you Emma Treharne and Ally Boothroyd | Sarovara Yoga for the deep rest you gave me 🙏🏻

Time to rest and enjoy the memories now
