Just finished my fat loss phase and honestly… I’m happy where I’m at so I’m going to try and stay in this position for summer and probably for a good while.

I’m not rushing straight into a bulk.

Im up to my maintenance calories to give my self some more food but keeping the cardio in to hold this position (2x 20 minutes)

“You can’t make real change in just a few weeks.”

I’ve heard this one so many times and honestly, it’s just not true.

You can make a hell of a lot of change in 8, 12, 16 weeks. I’ve seen it in my clients and I’ve done it myself.

But it comes down to two things.

The first is your starting point. Not just in terms of how much you’ve got to lose, but how honest you are about where you’re at right now. Your habits, your routine, what’s realistic alongside everything else going on in your life. Get clear on that and the timeline becomes realistic.

The second is whether you can actually stick to the plan and I mean a plan that fits YOUR life, your schedule, your food and the way you train. Not the one that worked for your mate and not the one some influencer is flogging, because the perfect plan you can’t keep up with will always lose to the simple one you can.

8 - 12 weeks from now you could be telling a completely different story about yourself.
So, the question is…. do you actually want to start?

If you’ve been thinking about it, just drop me a message and we can chat about where you want to get to.

The end result of 9 weeks work!

6.3kg / 13.86lbs down 📉

I’ll be honest… I found these 9 weeks relatively easy. Thats not me showing off or because I’m a coach.

The biggest factor? My food barely changed, the same as what I’ve eaten for the last 2 years, just smaller amounts.

Some would call that boring. But I have the same breakfast and lunch every single day. I’m busy with limited time to eat, I know it works, and it’s easy to prep.

Food is usually the hardest part for people, and I get it. But when you find something that works for you, stick with it.

My biggest struggles through this prep?

A tooth infection that put me on antibiotics and left me barely eating for a week.

A mini break to Venice (handled nicely as I was in a good enough position to still enjoy pizza and gelato). And two cycles in 9 weeks, one arriving late so I spent days fretting it’d land on shoot day. Thankfully, she showed up right at the start of peak week instead 😅

But honestly? I loved every second of shoot day. Seeing some of the photos come through during the shoot made it even better.

I hate having my photo taken but pushing out of my comfort zone and just being in the moment was the best feeling.

What’s my plan now? Food is back at maintenance, training 4/5 days a week, keeping my cardio in, 10-12K steps daily and maintaining my current physique with the odd treat and enjoying life. I feel super happy and healthy so why would I change that.

Remember…..”Confidence is on the other side of being uncomfortable.”

PEAK WEEK BABEHHH 💃

Weight- 65.2kg

Last week of this photoshoot prep.

Today till Wednesday calories are at 1520 and then Thursday more food will be going in to help the depleted muscles become fuller and bring me in tighter.

This final week is where food will be manipulated to get rid of water retention from the antibiotics, cycle hitting today and from the heat (lol).

This is where changes happen daily and I’m excited to see the final product.

I’m not even mad about it…

Weight- 66.7kg

Weekend in Venice
Wisdom tooth infection
Due on period

All in the space of weekend.

B A L A N C E was the word for this weekend.

I’ve just got back from a few days in Venice and whilst sticking to my normal foods most of the time. Pizza, pasta and gelato was consumed 🍕🍝🍦

Life is for living and taking every opportunity that comes your way.

My photoshoot is for me. My goal wasn’t to be as lean as I could get. It was to feel confident and I’m happy with this look at 11 days out.

Now it’s the last big push this week, let’s see if we can chip away a little more and head into shoot week feeling my absolute best.

P.S. Pretty sure that scale increase is just from walking 10x more than usual… my legs are STRESSED 😂

Full day of eating 3 weeks out from my shoot

Training day food - calories at 1810

It’s easy to follow, it works for me, don’t need to over complicate it and also super tasty.

We keep it simple, the same food and same meals daily with less calories on non training days.

Struggle with what to eat daily or nutrition in general? I can help you.
