Today is World Menopause Day—a vital reminder that while around half the population goes through this transition, no one should have to navigate it feeling alone.
Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just about hot flushes. While we can’t pause the hormonal shifts, we can build small, sensory rituals that hand us back a sense of calm and authority over our bodies.
In our latest blog post, we’re exploring how aromatherapy, breathwork, and mindful self-massage can act as your daily anchor. Give it a read today.

Another weekend, another trade show! And here we are this weekend in beautiful Dublin! Come and say hello to Kay today who is showcasing our beautiful blends, our awarded-winning Rosehip Face & Body Treatment Oil, and our gorgeous new Reed diffusers! Pop along for some incredible show-only offers and to say hi to one of our founders, Kay. Our other founder David can’t attend the show today as he’s currently in Thailand at the annual IFEAT conference.

BLEND YOUR OWN FACE OIL
Combine with a carrier oil such as Jojoba. Our Sea Buckthorn CO₂ Extract can be used at 1–3% in skincare blends, try blending it with Jojoba Oil.
SOFTEN & SMOOTH
Massage a few drops of your finished blend onto freshly cleansed, slightly damp skin, or smooth over dry-feeling hands and elbows.
WARM GENTLY
The extract is naturally thick, so it may need gentle warming before use.
Save this for your next skincare evening
