Pregnancy can be a scary time, confusing for some, easy for others.

At Starlight, we offer early pregnancy scans from five weeks from the first day of your last period.

At this stage, it can help rule out ectopic pregnancies and see if there is just one pregnancy there or more.

We include a FREE rescan one week later if it is too early to detect the fetal heart at your first appointment.

All scans are only ever performed by experienced, qualified sonographers.

Our real-time availability is always shown online meaning appointments can be booked online 24/7.

However we are still happy for you to contact us by phone, email, Live Chat and social media.

We do our best to accommodate urgent appointments and most days we manage to fit in extra bookings, particularly at the weekend, so we invite you to contact us if you can't see any availability online.

👍 So there are lots of ways to contact us and book, rearrange or cancel your appointment.

⭐ Every service and type of appointment is available to book online 24/7 via our website ⭐

🌐 Our booking system shows our real-time availability so it is the quickest and easiest way to book.

💬 When you book, you will receive a text message and email confirmation. If you don't, your booking won't have gone through.

📨 The text and email confirmation (and subsequent reminders) contain the time and date of your appointment as well as the staff member you'll see and location you have booked at. 📍

🗨 You can reply to any of those messages to contact us about that appointment and you can also re-schedule your appointment online 24/7, subject to certain minimum notice periods applicable.

Our booking system allows you to select either of our clinics (most services have different booking buttons to avoid mistaken bookings) as well as the option to choose the staff member you want to book with.

‼️ All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit which comes off the total, with the balance payable in clinic at your appointment ‼️

⚠ If you book the wrong time, date, location by accident, cancelling does NOT result in your deposit being refunded ⚠

Once you have booked, should you wish to change the time or date, the system will only show you that staff member's availability at that location - you would need to contact us to change staff member and/or clinic location.

You can contact us on here and our website has a LiveChat facility which has some automated replies but also the option to communicate with a real person.

📞 You can also phone us, especially for urgent or short-notice appointments, but looking online shows which slots are available so you can check that and call us to complete your booking if you prefer.

When phoning us, there is an automated greeting message and you can choose to leave a message or be put through to someone.

We're very easy to deal with from making initial enquiries to booking appointments!
