September is Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month.

You know your body better than anyone. Knowing what’s normal for you can help you spot when something changes.

The NHS recognises five main gynaecological cancers: cervical, ovarian, womb (uterine/endometrial), vaginal and vulval cancer.

Early diagnosis through symptom awareness and screening, especially cervical screening, is key to improving outcomes.

How to protect your eyes whilst watching the solar eclipse!
DO NOT look directly at the sun. Looking directly at the sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight – so you need to take care.
Sunglasses - no matter how dark - do not provide adequate protection for viewing a solar eclipse.
