So proud of you all for embracing our lovely Scottish Summer weather — a “character‑building” morning 😝

We flowed, stretched, twisted and energised… and proved that Park Yoga Ayr is weather‑proof 😆

Once again our community showed up with heart, humour and resilience! You definitely went with the flow and embraced the puddles on you mat, hope you stay cosy this afternoon 🥰

Join us for the perfect end-of-the working week wind-down — a nourishing blend of movement, nature and slow, mindful wellness.

🧘 Meet at the beach under Dunure Castle where we’ll begin with grounding yoga
🌊 We will then move to the Harbour for an optional cold dip in the sea
🔥 Followed by enjoying the cosy warmth of the beautiful wildritualsauna as the sun sets over the water at Dunure Harbour
🧴 Afterward, treat your skin with a salt scrub + nourishing oils before getting changed and enjoying refreshments, snacks & good chats.
