Candlelit Crystal Soundbath

As we move through June, the invitation is simple: slow down enough to hear yourself clearly.

When life feels busy, noisy, and full of expectations, it can be easy to disconnect from your inner voice, second-guess your instincts, or lose confidence in what you truly need.

The themes running through this session are:

✨ Communication
✨ Self-Trust

Come exactly as you are, there is nothing you need to do or be.

You’ll lie down fully clothed in a warm, comfortable space with thick mats, blankets, cushions, and optional eye masks.

Simply allow yourself to rest, soften, and be immersed in the healing frequencies and sounds.

Optional touches to enhance your experience:

• Pull an Angel or Universe card for guidance
• Hold a crystal to support your intention
• Enjoy a warm ceremonial cacao shot to gently open the heart and encourage relaxation and connection.

Grateful.

Selfcentres spring soundbath series has been more special than I could have hoped for.

From the beautiful, intimate sessions at in Kilmarnock to the calming space at in Ayr, each gathering has felt powerful and connected.

Friday’s Scorpio Full Moon Soundbath was fully booked and carried a profound energy. There was deep rest for some (with gentle snoring), and gentle release for others; a reminder of how much we all deserve time and space to let go and reset.

I’m so thankful to be able to hold these spaces for you; to support your nervous system, to create a sense of safety, and to witness your journeys. The kind feedback I’ve received over the past few weeks means more than I can say, and it encourages me to keep walking this path.

All the time, care, and intention poured into each session is more than worth it when I see the impact it has.

Thank you, truly, to every one of you who has shown up and trusted the process.
