After a few weeks away, I’m so excited to be hosting my next Crystal Soundbath on Friday 18th September.

With the astrological energies, and approaching Autumn Equinox, this feels like the perfect time to slow down, come back to ourselves and gently reset.

This isn’t an evening about fixing, achieving or becoming.

It’s about nourishment, grounding, rest and receiving.

A little pocket of time to step away from the noise of everyday life, quieten the busy mind, release what you’ve been carrying and simply allow yourself to be held by sound.

So, I’ve made a new little friend 🦋
We meet every day around 4 or 5pm.

She sits on me and chills out in the sun 😎 ☀️.
I’ve convinced myself that she is my mum 🙏.

Each day the butterfly is the same,
so gentle and tame,
and the little chip out of her left wing
shows it’s the same little thing.

Enjoying my days left under the sun,
with a little butterfly I like to call Mum 🦋

Our gathering arrives during a particularly meaningful moment in the astrological landscape… I’m no astrologer but I couldn’t ignore these powerful alignments ✨

🌞 As we move through the height of summer, this nurturing session offers space to reflect on where you are being called to grow, while allowing the body and mind to rest, reset, and realign.

🌙 This session will be held under the influence of the First Quarter Moon, inviting you to pause and reconnect with yourself. This is an opportunity to feel safe and grounded so that you have the courage to do the thing you've been putting off.

✨ The astrological energies around this time also lend themselves to collective healing, growth and transformation. This Soundbath is the perfect opportunity to gain clarity on the path ahead, trust your inner guidance, overcome self-doubt, and feel worthy of what you truly desire.

You will be welcomed into a calming space infused with Reiki energy.
An optional cacao will be served to open up the heart chakra, and we will begin with a short guided relaxation before being immersed in the transformative sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

There is nothing you need to do - simply arrive and be held by sound.
