FREE taster session-come and join our lovely yoga community in High Barnet. No previous experience needed - all levels welcome Yoga classes for Women in Barnet, North London, Hertfordshire, we run Pregnancy yoga classes from 14wks to full term, Postnatal yoga classes where you can bring your baby too, from 6 weeks, a general Hatha Yoga class where you may like to focus on strengthening and toning

your body in a warm, relaxed and friendly class. We also run Holistic core and restore courses, Everywoman pelvic and core wellness and a pelvic health friendly dynamic class - Heat.
