After a long drive this morning over the tops, having time to admire the view whilst sat in traffic, I attended a very emotional PEEPS HIE Conference. Full of inspirational stories, personal accounts, ideas to take forward into practice and lots of personal and professional reflection. It was more triggering than I anticipated but hearing the stories from the likes of Nicholas Hamilton, gave me strength. Thanks to all the speakers and organisers. Looking forward to another day next year.

💔 I’ve been wanting to do this post for a little while but couldn't find the words.

You may have noticed that our classes have been a little quieter lately 😢 With costs constantly rising, things are getting really tough for us 🥴 We know that money is tight for everyone right now but if you've been thinking of coming to class but just haven't got round to it or you've been meaning to come back, please come and visit us, it would mean the world to us 🥰
