Fueling your body with the right stuff is essential, Old George Town Hall helped with that 🥰

Being generally active is also important, that may be a run, a bike ride or a walk round the park.

Another lovely start to the day. Thanks to Abby Roebuck for sharing the tomato plants at Pilates this morning at Red Fox Bootcamps & Personal Training.

For anyone wanting to join us, 9:20am Pilates on Tuesdays.

Great challenge by the sound of it for some of us to keep these plants alive! 🪴

Followed by an outdoor walk and dinner at BROOK Coffee Rooms
