Today, we were incredibly touched to receive such a thoughtful gesture from the family of a much loved resident who sadly passed away yesterday❤️

They kindly brought in flowers, chocolates and a beautiful card for our staff, along with such heartfelt words of thanks for the care and support we provided.

It truly means so much to our whole team. Caring for our residents is a privilege, and being able to support them and their families through every stage of their journey is something we hold very close to our hearts.

We would like to send our deepest condolences to the family at this very sad time. Thank you for your kindness, generosity and for allowing us to be part of your loved one’s life🌷❤️

You will all be in our thoughts x
