💛 Support when it matters most.

The Support Hub is a collaborative service helping people who have been in contact with the justice system access the right support before challenges escalate.

Working in partnerships, we provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person. This can include help with substance use, mental health, housing and benefits, alongside creative and sports-based opportunities that build confidence, skills and connection.

By bringing different forms of support together in one place, the Support Hub helps people stabilise their lives and move forward.

Meet the Team Mondays

👋 Say hello to Johnny, our Volunteer Manager! Johnny leads the Change Programme, supporting people with lived experience to access new opportunities—whether that’s through volunteering, placements, or moving towards further education or employment. You might recognise Johnny from the BBC documentary “Carl on Probation.” Our services value lived experience, with many participants going on to deliver programmes like SMART Recovery and provide vital peer support.
