As many of you know, I’ll be having my knee operation soon, and yesterday one of my wonderful clients surprised me with the most thoughtful get well gift. It completely made my day.

When I started &Relax, I never imagined I’d meet such genuinely caring and supportive people. The clients I’ve had the privilege of treating have become so much more than appointments in my diary – they’ve become part of my journey, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.

Roll on the operation so I can recover and get back to doing what I love most – helping you relax and unwind.

After months of planning, my knee surgery is finally booked for 18th August.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single one of you for your incredible support. Because of you, I’m now fully booked before my operation, and I’m so grateful.

I won’t be taking any more appointments before surgery, but if you’d like to be added to my waiting list, please send me a message. I’ll be in touch as soon as I’m fully recovered and ready to welcome you back, hopefully in September.

✨ The little details make all the difference… ✨

One of my favourite features in the &Relax treatment room has to be the soft twinkle lights and my beautiful neon sign. Together they create the warm, cosy and calming atmosphere I wanted every client to experience from the moment they walk through the door. 💚

The stunning &Relax neon sign was custom-made by and it really is the perfect finishing touch to the room. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! ✨
