When the boss kills the “Guess the Employee” challenge (12/15 right! 🤯) but completely fails to identify their own child & thinks everyone sounds the same🤣🙈 he’s deaf in one ear, so we’ll let him off😂

Radnor House is fundraising for by participating in the National Sports Day for Care event 18-22 May, including a 5K park run, steps challenge, penalty shoot out, races, workouts, & much more! ⚽️🏅🏋️🏃💪🏽🧑‍🦽‍➡️. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO GET INVOLVED IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES, PARK RUN IS SAT 23rd MAY - PERRY HALL PARK - 9AM

Last week the management team attended the Bham & Solihull Registered Managers Network Conference at BCU. Les chaired & presented amongst many others covering recruitment, sustainability, CQC, sponsorship etc. Fitz our Deputy Manager isn’t very adept with a selfie hence the first pic 😂
