Our collagen is different.

Ovoderm® is a patented, complex collagen derived from upcycled eggshell membrane.

It naturally contains types I, V and X alongside elastin, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and other naturally occurring proteins and amino acids.

Collagen Ovoderm gives eggshell membranes a second life, turning a material that would otherwise go to waste into an ingredient with research-backed benefits for skin hydration, the appearance of wrinkles and nail hardness.

The best supplement routine is the one you actually stick to.

Pills to swallow, powders to measure, drinks to mix. Small inconveniences can become big barriers to consistency.

That’s why we created Nourished’s gummy stacks: combining science-backed ingredients in a format that fits real life.

Because what’s good for you should also be easy to enjoy.

Cortisol gets a bad reputation.

But cortisol isn’t the enemy of sleep. You need it to wake up, feel alert and have energy.

The problem is what happens when it doesn’t come down when it should.

Late-night screens. Work. Constant stimulation. A brain that never really switches off.

So when we developed Sleep Pro, we knew looking at melatonin alone wasn’t enough.

Sleep is more complex than that.

Sleep Pro was designed to support both sides of that equation, with a clinically validated approach to helping you get more from your sleep.

Which one would you choose?

💪 Strength
🧠 Mind
⚡ Energy

There isn't just one reason to take creatine.

Some of us take it to support strength and recovery. 💪

Some of us want to stay sharp through a busy workday. 🧠

Others are looking for a natural energy boost to power their mornings. ⚡

We’re officially at Costco 🎉

From today, Nourished Creatine Mind and Collagen Gut are available in Costco warehouses across the UK.

For us, retail is about more than shelf space. It’s about making science-backed nutrition easier to access and bringing innovative products into the places people already shop.

And there’s something extra special about this launch: every Nourished gummy is developed and manufactured in our own facility in Birmingham.

Now, two of our most popular products are reaching Costco members nationwide.

A big milestone for Nourished, and another step forward for British innovation in nutrition. 🇬🇧

We’re so excited to finally introduce Sleep Pro. 🌙

We’ve spent years treating poor sleep like a normal part of modern life.

Late nights. Endless screens. Always switched on.

But sleep is when your body and brain restore and repair — and getting enough deep, restorative sleep matters for your health.

After years of researching clinical science, ingredient development and AI discovery, we wanted to find a smarter alternative to melatonin.

The result: Sleep Pro.

Powered by PeptiSleep™ alongside tart cherry, vitamin C, vegan D3 and B vitamins, it’s a delicious, easy-to-take gummy designed to support your sleep, naturally.

Sleep better. Wake up better. ✨
