He’s a serving fire fighter and he’s doing the 3 peaks challenge wearing his full fire-fighting kit!

As if the three peaks wasn’t enough, He’s tagged on a 7.2 mile walk to take on a 72oz steak eating challenge.

🩸 Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Know the Signs
