9 years ago, I completed my Reiki Master Teacher level… and what a journey it’s been ✨

I was actually called to do my Masters not long after finishing Level 2, but at the time my Reiki Master was unwell… and I wasn’t sure how it would happen, but I continued to do the work.

Then something completely unexpected unfolded.

I met Stephen when he booked in for a massage and Reiki session. During the treatment, he kept questioning me, asking if I was really only Level 2, and how old I was. He was genuinely in shock at the healing I gave and how young I was.

He came back the following week… and as a thank you for the healing I gave him, he helped me complete my Reiki Masters.

Even now, I’ll be honest… I don’t fully know what I did in that session 😂
But I do know I trusted the energy, and that changed everything.

Since becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, my life has completely transformed.

My healing has grown stronger, my intuition deeper, and my knowledge continues to expand every single day.

And one thing I’ve learned is this,
Becoming a Master isn’t the final destination.

It’s another level. Another doorway. Another beginning.

I now teach when I’m called to, alongside my other work, and it honestly lights me up every time I see others step into their own power and healing.

I feel so grateful for this path, for the people I’ve met along the way, and for the energy that continues to guide me.

Here’s to 9 years… and everything still to come ✨🤍

12 years ago, I completed my Level 2 Reiki… and looking back now, I can honestly say it changed the course of my life ✨

At the time, I was going through some big life changes. I didn’t fully know what I was searching for, but I felt drawn to Reiki, and especially to my teacher, Esther. We were introduced through her daughter, and something just clicked.

During my training, something awakened in me that I had never experienced before. I realised I’m a physical empath, I could feel things in others’ bodies, picking up on ailments without them saying a word. It was emotional, overwhelming, and incredibly special all at once.

And then, shortly after my training, something happened that I will never forget.
I stopped my car from rolling down a steep hill, while it was in 1st gear, to save a child’s life.
To this day, I truly believe Reiki, intuition, and something greater was guiding me in that moment.

Since then, I’ve never stopped.

Reiki has carried me through my hardest times. It has grounded me, healed me, and allowed me to hold space for so many others on their journeys. Every client, every session still amazes me, what comes up, what shifts, what heals.

Not long after Level 2, I knew… this wasn’t just something I was learning.
This was part of who I am. My purpose.

12 years on, I’m still learning, still growing, still deeply honoured to do this work.

There’s something so special about consistency ✨

One of my lovely regular clients comes to see me every month for a combination of reflexology and Reiki, and the transformation over time has been beautiful to witness.

She first came looking for relaxation and a way to manage stress, and now these monthly sessions have become her time to fully reset, rebalance, and reconnect. 💫

Through reflexology, we support the body physically—helping to release tension and encourage natural healing. Paired with Reiki, the energy work brings a deep sense of calm, emotional balance, and clarity.

She often shares how much lighter, calmer, and more grounded she feels after each session… and how this feeling stays with her long after she leaves. 🌿
