From the moment you arrive, everything is prepared to help you feel completely supported.

Soft mats, cosy bolsters, warm blankets and luxurious faux fur rugs create a nurturing environment where you can truly let go.

Our studio is intentionally mirror-free, so there is no need to focus on how you look. Instead, you are invited to turn your attention inward, to rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

This is what our workshops are all about: stepping away from the outside world and giving yourself the time and space to simply be.

🌿 Group Reiki & Guided Meditation – 17th May (90 minutes)
🎶 Sound Bath – 24th May

We complete our Reiki and meditation session by gathering together for soothing herbal teas and a little chocolate, giving you time to gently return and enjoy a final moment of calm ✨
