We're thrilled to share another set of exceptional patient survey results this week - this time from our own patient survey. We asked our patients for their feedback on various aspects of our GP service as well as their overall experience as an Arch patient. 100% of patients rated their overall experience with Arch as positive - with 86.5% describing it as excellent.

We are so proud of these results and the team that works so hard to achieve them. We won't be sitting back though, we continue to strive for improvement and meet our commitment to deliver Accessible, Restorative, Community Healthcare for those in Brighton & Hove without a secure home.

We're incredibly proud of our recent scores in this year's GP Patient Survey (an annual, national survey of patients at all GP practices in the UK). 100% of our patients said they'd had a positive overall experience at our surgery, rating us as either very good (89%) or fairly good (11%). The national average was 77% for a positive overall experience.

Patients feeling seen, heard and cared for is the cornerstone of everything we do at Arch. We know these survey results are only achieved through the endless hard work and dedication of our surgery receptionists, nurses, doctors and admin team. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’œ To find out more about the GP Patient Survey or Arch's results please click here https://zurl.co/StINy
