Are you looking for a class to teach you the wonderful art of Baby Massage? Maybe you want a gentle but fun class to ease you into the world of baby classes, to help relieve common baby aches and pain like wind and teething pains or maybe you just want a little protected time to bond with your little one?

At Calm Beginnings we have 2 ways you can enjoy Baby Massage.

First is our couples special designed for you and a partner to learn the strokes in a mini version of the full course, the perfect introduction or refresher. There is only one space left for this class on Saturday 8th Aug at 10am.

Or you can join the full 6 week course and learn the massage and more about your baby’s development in full detail in our course starting in September in both Chipping Sodbury and Coalpit Heath.

💙 Mum and Baby yoga, the baby class that’s different! Open for booking now!!! 💙

Want a class that you can bring your baby to but is more for you? Mum and baby yoga gives you the chance to enjoy some beginners, postnatal safe, yoga designed to bring back some movement and stretching and have fun with yoga flows.

But we don’t forget your little one. We also enjoy songs, nursery rhymes and sensory elements to keep them entertained in class.

At the end of each class we enjoy a hot drink, biscuits and your chance to chat and meet other mums.
