I'm Zoe, a local Mum to 2 girls aged 10 and 7 years old, and as a busy Mum, I understand that all parents and carers face challenges far too regularly when our little ones become poorly, or have an accident. My 7 year-old is very accident prone, and I am so glad to have my first aid knowledge so I know what to do. Having that knowledge also helps you stay calm, which in turn will help comfort and

reassure your child right when they need it! Our 2-hour baby and child first aid class is suitable for any adults who care for children – parents, grandparents, babysitters, expectant parents and anyone in between! The class is relaxed and friendly, and we cover the following first aid/medical emergency topics - CPR, Choking, Burns & Bleeds, Breaks, Head Bumps, Febrile Convulsions and Meningitis Awareness all for just £25.00 per person!

💚 We are so grateful to Laura and Gracie and family for sharing their story to show just how easily and quickly a hot drink accident can happen. A child can grab or knock over a drink in seconds and how you react and deal with the incident can have a lasting impact.

❤️‍🩹 Gracie’s family had taken a Mini First Aid class with Emily Mini First Aid Warwickshire, Coventry, Tamworth & Lutterworth - their learning had stuck and they did all the right things, and now Gracie is a thriving toddler with no visible burn scars.

☕️ And off they go… back to school for the last few weeks of this academic year! Is it just me or has this year absolutely flown by?!
👋 Whatever stage you and your family are at this is a transition-heavy time and it’s ok to feel uncertain about the changes ahead. Some kiddos will take it all in their stride, others will need a bit more support… and the same goes for us as parents and carers too!

🙂 I’m Beth and I run Mini First Aid Bristol. We offer multi-award winning (Dragon’s Den winning!) first aid classes for the whole family including a 2 hour Baby & Child first aid class perfect for parents and carers, held at venues around Bristol.
🚨 We also offer Workplace first aid courses, and have an open class coming up in June at Kids Stuff, in BS3.

💆🏻‍♀️ First up we are at Just Off Whiteladies Road, there are lots of cafes for a coffee before or lunch after, and some excellent charity shop rummaging to be had nearby too! One of our calmest venues, explore the physio and other treatments available while you’re here!
🧸 Then we are off to , one of the best play cafes in Bristol! With parking, a brilliant cafe and lots of space this venue continues to be one of our most popular and often sells out!
🚂 Then we will head to for a Saturday morning class. Kids Stuff is a social enterprise and has so much pre-loved gear for babies, kids and even maternity clothes! Everything you could possibly need, at a bargain price, what’s not to love?!
💚 We hand pick all of our venues and make sure that they are comfortable, spacious and accessible. If you have any specific access requirements please contact us and we can let you know which venue might be best for you.

📸 I hardly had any time to take photos at the Baby Show this weekend at the NEC!
🍼 The event was packed with new and expectant parents talking to loads of different experts about all things baby related, hearing expert talks and shopping till they dropped!
💚 As always it was a joy to be part of the Mini First Aid team, sharing our love and enthusiasm for all things first aid related, and having a good catch up in the quieter moments too!

📚 Exam season is upon us!
⭐️ Lots of children and young people will be sitting SATS, GCSE or A-Level exams this week, putting months of hard work on to paper, trying to achieve those all important grades.
💚 It’s a really tough time for everyone, children and young people as well as parents, carers, educators and the wider support network too. I hope you all feel cared for through this.
💙 To the children and young people - exams do not define you! Ask anyone you trust and they will say that there is more to life than grades. You are more than results and pieces of paper.
