🚑 Emergency Care Assistants — join Spark Medical

CQC-regulated. Experts in pre-hospital care, and we’re recruiting ECAs across the UK.

This isn’t one type of shift. You’ll work across frontline and event medical services, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls alongside your crew mate.

You’ll need:
✅ Valid FREC 4
✅ Full UK manual licence (max 6 points), held 12+ months
✅ Physical fitness and a genuinely compassionate approach
✅ CERAD Level 3 and frontline experience are a bonus, not a barrier

What you get:
💷 £14.50 per hour
📅 4 on, 4 off — 2,080 annualised hours minimum
📈 Real development: CPD events, ambulance driver training, annual BLS/ILS for committed staff
🚐 A modern, multipurpose fleet behind you

Full-time and self-employed bank roles available.

Another Successful Repatriation Completed 💙✈️

We are proud to have recently supported Baby R, who was born prematurely at 35 weeks in Tenerife, on their journey home to be reunited with family and continue their care closer to home.

Working alongside the fantastic team at liaswings_uk, our clinicians at Spark Medical provided specialist support throughout the commercial repatriation, ensuring Baby R and their family could travel safely, comfortably, and with complete peace of mind.
