Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies who joined me for the Root Chakra workshop yesterday ❤️

It was such a beautiful afternoon of grounding, connection, and shared energy. I’m so grateful for the openness, warmth, and trust each of you brought into the space — it truly made the experience so special.

From our grounding practices to the deeply relaxing sound bath, it was wonderful to see everyone taking time to slow down, reconnect, and nurture themselves. I hope you all left feeling more balanced, supported, and rooted.
