I’m delighted and very excited to announce that I will be attending a Solstice Wellbeing Fayre with my crystal collection on Sunday June 21st, at the fabulous Llwynywermod Estate, Myddfai, near Llandovery, which is the former seat of Charles Prince of Wales. It is tucked away in a beautiful setting and for those attending, you will get the opportunity to wander around the gardens, as well as enjoying all the wonderful local products on offer, including my crystal collection, holistic therapies, readings, talks and food. Patricia Underwood will be there offering her much loved Gong baths throughout the day.

This inaugral Solstice Fayre has been organised by friends of mine, Jason and Josie, from Crystal Mountain Therapies and Essences. Josie makes the most amazing crystal essences, which capture the energies of the remote Cambrian Mountains where she lives. She also makes beautiful crystal and flower grids in nature, and is already bringing in wonderful energies for the day with her ‘magical’ touch.

The Fayre promises to be a fabulous day, if you’re local to Llandovery, or semi local, we’d love to see you! 💜

I INVITE YOU TO COME AND JOIN US in a small informal group for two hours of meditation and relaxation, with a focus on crystal energies.

Integrate the power of Mind, Body and Spirit, with fully guided visualisations that will take you to a meditative state, where you will find clarity, wisdom and spiritual guidance.

Crystal energy is a vibrational medicine that supports you to connect to the different layers of Self, with the crystal’s unique signatures helping to balance and align your energetic field for healing and Wholing.

The sessions are themed with the aim to improve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
