Your piercing price includes a choice of implant-grade titanium jewellery, either:

✦ A circular barbell - horseshoe style.
✦ A ball closure ring - hoop with a ball.

Looking for something extra special? We also stock a premium collection in gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum (subject to availability).

Every ear is unique, and some jewellery styles are better suited to certain ear anatomies than others. For this reason, jewellery selection is usually made during your appointment, unless you've arranged a precious metal order in advance.

Did you know that some headaches and migraines may be linked to tight neck and shoulder muscles?

Poor posture, neck strain, stress, injury, or spending long hours looking down at screens can cause certain muscles to become tight and refer pain to the head.

Techniques such as massage and trigger point release may help reduce this tension.

Common headache referral patterns:

✦ Trapezius
Pain often travels from behind the ear, around the side of the head, and into the temple.

✦ Sternocleidomastoid
Can cause pain in the temples, above the eyes, and across the top of the head.

✦ Suboccipital Muscles
Tension at the base of the skull may create pain behind the eyes.

✦ Splenius Capitis
Often refers pain to the top of the head and crown area.

✦Levator Scapulae
Tightness between the neck and shoulder can contribute to pain at the back of the head.

If you regularly experience tension headaches, identifying and treating the muscles involved may be an important part of finding relief.
