Ability Case Management

Ability Case Management Ability Case Management provide an independent service with a duty of care to the client and their family members.

Ability Case Management coordinates person-focused rehabilitation and support for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury and/or Orthopaedic Injury. Our aim is to support clients achieve their full potential after injury.

Congratulations to Kirsty Jefferies on graduating as an Occupational Therapist!

What an incredible achievement. Balancing work, university and your home life, whilst remaining so dedicated to your clients, is something to be incredibly proud of.

It has been fantastic to watch you grow and develop throughout your apprenticeship and over the last five years with Ability CM. Your commitment, passion and determination have really shone through.

And what a year it has been for you, not only graduating as an Occupational Therapist, but also becoming a Registered Case Manager with IRCM!

There is so much more to come for you, which is incredibly exciting, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you.

Today, we are delighted to celebrate Aaron’s first work anniversary with Ability Case Management!
Over the past 12 months, Aaron has adapted to his role remarkably quickly, embracing new responsibilities and opportunities with enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine commitment to learning. His development has been impressive, progressing from Assistant Case Manager to Case Manager in Training within his first year.
Aaron has become a valued member of the team, contributing to client work, collaborating effectively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team, and demonstrating a thoughtful, person-focused approach. He has shown initiative, adaptability and a clear drive to develop his case management knowledge and skills.
Congratulations, Aaron, on an excellent first year. We are proud of how far you have come and look forward to supporting you as you continue to grow and progress in your career.

Today we are celebrating Ed’s 7 year work anniversary with Ability Case Management.

Over the past seven years, Ed has made a valued contribution to the team, bringing commitment, professionalism and a person-focused approach to his work with clients, families and professionals.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Ed for his continued hard work, dedication and support over the years.
