HEALING AT THE BARN 🌾

Thursday 25th June
7:00 – 8:00pm
The Old Hay Barn, Castle Hill Farm, Bury

Join us next Thursday for an evening of immersive sound and Reiki healing held within the beautiful setting of the Old Hay Barn.

A chance to slow down for an hour, switch off from the outside world, and rest within sound, light, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Crystal bowls, gongs, ambient sounds and frequencies, and gentle energy work to help the body and mind relax.

There’s always something special about the Barn. It has its own magic. Calm, cosy, and tucked away in the hills of Bury. Even the drive up feels like part of the journey.

We would love to have you join us.

Beginners are always welcome and no experience is needed.

Just bring a blanket and pillow and come as you are 🤗

So tonight’s session was all about stepping out of the comfort zone, and what a beautiful experience it was.

Firstly, a massive thank you to everyone who came and shared in the space tonight, and to Aneta for your beautiful Reiki. It was such a special session.

Some of you may not know that I have quite a long background in music. I used to sing in gospel choirs many years ago, was part of award-winning choirs, performed at the Royal Albert Hall, rehearsed at Abbey Road Studios, was part of the X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent house ensemble supporting the finalists, and performed in some incredible places along the way.

But over the years, I lost my confidence with my voice. Tonight was another opportunity to be vulnerable and share my voice with the room.

It’s a funny old thing, the comfort zone. Feels like it keeps us safe, and at the same time keeps us small. So I’m glad the poem at the end resonated with so many of you. Maybe that was the reminder we all needed tonight. That growth rarely happens inside it. That courage doesn’t always look like a giant leap, sometimes it looks like taking one small step, even when you’re bricking it 🙃.

We’ll be back again next Wednesday. I’m not sure what the theme will be yet, but as always, it will be delivered with love, and it would be lovely to have you with us.

Another chance to step away from the noise of the outside world, settle into stillness, and be carried by the vibrations of sound as they wash through the body and mind.

Nothing to do, nowhere else to be. Just space to rest, release and recharge. 💙✨️

A calmer way to begin the week.

Life can sometimes feel full. Work, family, responsibilities, and everything else you might find yourself juggling.

This is a space to step away from all of that for a while.

Lie down, get comfortable, and let yourself be held in sound, stillness and rest.

Through sound and energy healing, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing experience designed to help you switch off, reset, and take some time for yourself.

Nothing to do.
Nowhere else to be.

Just come and lie down in the sound and let your week begin differently.

From a few nervous smiles at the beginning from our first timers, to big beaming smiles all around at the end. Thank you all for the beautiful feedback and for trusting the experience enough to let go and hand it all over to the gentle waters.

Join us for an evening of mediumship, messages, and connection.

For some, Father's Day is a time of celebration. For others, it's a time of remembrance. This special evening honours both.

The evening will include demonstrations of mediumship from the incredible Medium Gina. Everyone attending will receive a message, along with the opportunity to spend time in a warm and welcoming space with like-minded people. Light food and refreshments and also provided.

A few pictures from an incredible 1-2-1 coaching session this week with the wonderful Lisa Lawton.

Lisa has spent over three decades as a professional performer, including 14 years as a headline performer on international cruise liners and leading musical theatre roles, including Fantine in Les Misérables.

Alongside that, she has trained in social work, psychology, life coaching, NLP, nervous system regulation and Belief Coding®.

So it was a real honour to guide Lisa and help her find a natural way to bring sound into the work she already does.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, due to the weather turning, I’m going to postpone today’s outdoor soundbath rather than move it indoors.

The intention was to enjoy the session outside in nature, so it feels better to wait for a clearer, drier day, as the ground will be wet and cold from the rain overnight and this morning.

All bookings will automatically transfer over to the new date, and I’ll confirm that shortly once the weather looks more settled.

Thanks for understanding, and thank you to everyone who booked.
