π¬ What patients told us went well
Many patients praised our friendly, caring and professional team. We were delighted to hear that patients felt listened to, reassured and supported, with clear explanations provided throughout their care. Patients also recognised our efforts to provide timely appointments and efficient service.
π What we could do better
While overall satisfaction remains very high, we know that access to appointments and telephone waiting times continue to be areas that matter most to our patients. We understand the frustrations that can arise when demand is high and we remain committed to improving access wherever possible.
π£ Exciting Changes to support Access Improvement
π©π½βπ»We will be implementing EMMA AI Assistant to support practice call queues and make sure all calls are answered straight away - soft launch from 30/06
π₯οΈWe will be also be implementing a Direct Triage method so you can send ALL requests e.g. appointments, medication, routine requests via Accurx without needing to call us, these will then be reviewed by our clinicians and administrators, to make sure you are dealt with by the correct person/place - more information will be text/emailed to patients next week!!!

We are incredibly grateful for all feedback received. Your comments help us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve. We will continue to review our appointment system, monitor telephone demand and explore ways to improve access to both routine and urgent appointments.
