What a fantastic day at our live and virtual Medstrom Academy webinar. 🎓

We began the day with three inspiring speaker sessions focused on improving outcomes through truly individualised care for patients with complex needs.

Louise opened with an insightful discussion on person-centred care, followed by Eva, who shared how supporting a complex patient sparked her passion for further research. We also heard a powerful lived-experience perspective from Team Eden on the realities of fighting for individualised care. 💙

In the afternoon, our in-person attendees took part in hands-on practical sessions led by Eva around supporting patients with contractures.

The feedback has been amazing, with attendees sharing ideas, discussing challenges in complex patient care, and taking inspiration back to their organisations to help improve patient outcomes.
