💙 MEET ELLIE 💙

We’re delighted to welcome Ellie to the PB Movement team.

Ellie graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2022 with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy and is passionate about helping people recover from injury, move with confidence and return to the activities they enjoy most.

As a Sports Therapist, Ellie enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from those managing everyday aches and pains to active individuals looking to return to sport and perform at their best. Her focus is always on helping people understand their injury, build resilience and achieve lasting results.

Outside of the clinic, Ellie loves spending time outdoors with her family and can often be found hiking, paddleboarding or kayaking. She also enjoys open-water swimming, running and cycling, having previously competed in triathlon and coached endurance sports.

Ellie will be offering:

✔ Sports Injury Assessments
✔ Rehabilitation Sessions
✔ Exercise Rehabilitation
✔ Sports Massage
✔️ Along with some new treatments she’ll be bring to clinic! More about these soon!

She’ll be available for appointments from July, including daytime, evening and weekend availability, helping us offer even greater flexibility for our clients.

💙 MEET KATIE 💙

We’re delighted to welcome Katie to the PB Movement team.

Katie has recently graduated from Northumbria University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is passionate about helping people get back to doing the activities they love, whether that’s sport, exercise, work, or simply everyday life without pain.

As an active runner and HYROX competitor herself, Katie understands the physical and mental challenges that can come with training, injury and recovery. Her own experiences have helped shape her passion for rehabilitation and supporting people to achieve their goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find her running, training, or spending time outdoors hiking and exploring with her dog.

Katie is excited to be joining the PB Movement team and looks forward to helping patients move better, recover from injury and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Katie will be available for appointments on:
