As another week draws to a close with a funeral and wake everyday this week in our beautiful Butterfly Rooms. We would just want to take a moment to thank all the families that entrusted their loved one into our care and allowing us to look after them on their journey of grief.
Also, Stuart would like to take a moment of recognition of all the staff that are working tirelessly around the clock to care for those families and providing support, care and beautiful, faultless, bespoke funeral services to say farewell to much loved people of our community ❤️ 🎩

4 families so far this bank holiday weekend have had to sadly call upon our immediate support and care. This is all part of our promise to be there when you need us, no matter the day, time or location - we will be there.
Stuart, our Managing Director is on response this weekend personally, to allow his staff a well earned break and time with their families following a very challenging time with many families needing their care, love and guidance.

Due to recent expansions and our increasing popularity, we have a vacancy for the following position:

Full-time receptionist/administration clerk
Monday - Friday
9am-5pm
£25k per annum
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Working from our Headquarters in Yeovil and also 1 day a week in our Martock Branch.

Applicants must:-
- Have excellent telephone manner
-Ability to manage 4 phone lines
- Ability to look after grieving families via telephone or walk in
- Very smart appearance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage own work load
- Capable of working unsupervised
- To be able to take messages and relay to other team members with detail
- Significant knowledge of IT including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Digital Diary
- Reliable
