Pinnaplasty surgery is offered for those with prominent ears.

This is a surgery I typically perform in children although many adults also choose to address this.

It is a day case surgery which can be performed under GA or in adults, local anaesthetic if they prefer.

An immediate ‘on the table’ result following my wonderful patients deep plane face and neck lift with upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

The haemostatic net in the neck stays in for a couple of days and reduces the need for drains.
